Scenarios is great for soft skills, especially customer service, sales, and other types of human engagement. A branching narrative game, this tool allows for the creation of real-world situations or engagements involving complex situations or human interactions. Transport players to different situations, environments, or engagements and let them figure out what the best approach is. Answers change the situation to reflect actual ramifications of decisions or actions allowing learners to handle messy situations in a safe environment.
