Does the Third Party provide the service using a “multi-tenant cloud infrastructure” in which the Third Party’s infrastructure (servers, databases, applications) is shared with multiple customers (tenants)?

99% of our customers utilize our multi-tenant system (including governments, global financial institutions, big pharmaceutical,s and other highly regulated companies). We do have a handful of clients that are on dedicated single-tenant branches that we can scope/propose on a case-by-case basis if needed.
