Is there a way to show all the Arcades a person is a member of, if that person is a member of multiple Arcades?

That is not something that is currently supported by Arcades. Usually, assignments are done on the client-side, but whatever system you are using. We have discussed the possibility of an Arcades lobby later in the roadmap, that would serve this purpose. But that isn’t a feature at present.
