Employee training is expensive and, often, the return on investment (ROI) doesn’t exist. The Association for Talent Development (ATD) estimates that companies spent an average of $1,273 per year per employee on training. However, without “practical follow-up or meaningful assessments,” learners lose 90% of the skills they learn in those training programs. That’s a lot of money to throw out the window.

Truly, the most time-consuming aspect of all of this is creating the content! Once the content is done, to build a JEOPARDY!® game with, say, thirteen clues like the one we’ll talk about in a moment takes about fifteen minutes.
That’s it. In fifteen minutes, you can go from questions on a word document to a fully working, gamified learning experience.
In addition, all it takes to share the game with your learners is a URL that’s automatically generated for your game. You can also SCORM wrap games into your LMS, or embed them into your website or wherever you wish.

Then, possible answers are shown – they picked the correct answer! – and feedback is given to the player instantly before returning them to the board to continue the game.
